Where and how does the body use comustible during Fasting ?

Because the body doesn't obtain any fixed external combustibles, it has to find these internally. During Fasting the body absorbs ist own tissue, thanks to a phenomenon called autolyses (digest = lyses, its own = auto). In the first week of Fasting, one can reckon with the following: On the first day, the blood enriches the available nutritions. For an other day, the body retrieves stored-up self-buildings sugars supplies located in the liver and the muscles. From here on onwards the body utilises the used and ailing cells. Afterwards it unfortunately robs the body from a large amount of stored-up egg-whites. Only then Fatdeposits are broken down and utilised.
