Where and how does the body use comustible during Fasting ?Because the body doesn't obtain any fixed external combustibles, it has to find these internally. During Fasting the body absorbs ist own tissue, thanks to a phenomenon called autolyses (digest = lyses, its own = auto). In the first week of Fasting, one can reckon with the following: On the first day, the blood enriches the available nutritions. For an other day, the body retrieves stored-up self-buildings sugars supplies located in the liver and the muscles. From here on onwards the body utilises the used and ailing cells. Afterwards it unfortunately robs the body from a large amount of stored-up egg-whites. Only then Fatdeposits are broken down and utilised.
