The Luxembourg Association of Fasting and Rambling is an association founded on 24 July 1992 and is politically neutral without any confession. It is a non-profit association.
Our objective is to promote health through a natural way of life, particularly by way of Fasting and Rambling, healthy and natural nutrition, organising seminars etc.
About 10 Ramblings take place per year under Luxembourgish, Francophone or Germanophone guidance.
