A week of Fasting and Rambling

Accommodation during the entire week in the same hotel.
Rambling for 6 hours during the day. (18-22 km)
We fast according to Dr. Otto Buchinger's Method of Fasting with the basics of fruit– and herb-tea, water with some apple juice, as well as vegetable stock in the evening.

We recommend very good prior rambling-training!
