How do I prepare myself for Fasting ?

With Fasting, the body depends on ist stored-up reserves. Therefore it is verry important to nutritionalise the body as healthy as possible beforehand. That means we should essentally eat non toxinated biological substances, such as fruit, vegetables, salad, grains and nuts. Toxins like nicotine, alcohol and coffein must be completely avoided. Because we watch much more during Fasting-rambling that on daily walking, it is equally important to receive sufficient rambling-training in preparation. An untrained rambler will therefore concentrate more on rambling than on Fasting itself, and will, as a result, not obtain a maximum benefit of Fasting.
